Her work centers on creating immersive experiences that facilitate cross-cultural immersion, interdisciplinary learning, collaboration, and sustainable community impact. She also facilitates workshops on leadership, entrepreneurship, and self-development across corporate, nonprofit, and interdisciplinary settings and has taught adult education courses and delivered guest lectures. Lisa holds a Ph.D. in Leadership with a concentration in Organization Development, a Master’s in Leadership Studies, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting. She worked as a research assistant for five years, conducting fieldwork in Greenland and Maine, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, and presenting at global academic conferences. She brings a practitioner’s perspective to her work, grounded in 16+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and team leadership; 12+ years of coaching entrepreneurs; and 10+ years of nonprofit business development, program management, and governance. Lisa has been an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) since 2017.
