an explorer at heart with a love for rural, coastal, and island communities-especially the North Atlantic region and Arctic-plus Antarctica
am an advocate for mindful consumption and slow fashion-using natural fibers, especially wool
often seeking out sheep farms to visit in faraway places
an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited with the International Coach Federation (since 2017)
